Open the Develop module, the Presets panel is on the left.
Click the + at the top of the panel and choose Import Presets.
Pick the downloaded zip, no need to unzip it, and click Import.
Done, they are in the panel under User Presets.
on a computer, the cloud version
In the menu bar, choose File › Import Profiles & Presets.
Pick the downloaded zip and click Import.
Open a photo, click Presets in the edit panel and find them under Yours.
Same Adobe account on your phone? They are already there too.
iPhone or Android
Unzip the file first, the app can't open a zip. On iPhone just tap it in Files, on Android use a file manager.
Open any photo in Lightroom and tap Presets.
Tap the three dots, choose Import Presets and select all the .xmp files.
You will find them under Yours.
Every photo is a little different, so after applying a preset, nudge the exposure and white balance until it feels right.
